About The Sydney Architectutre Diary

The Architecture Diary is your go-to guide for architecture exhibitions and events in an expanding network of world cities.

Supported by leading museums, galleries, cultural organisations, architecture schools and independent event organisers, the Architecture Diary provides comprehensive listings of the latest exhibitions, installations, talks, debates, film screenings and conferences, tours, walks, cycle rides and much more.

The Architecture Diary launched in London in 2005. For the first time it brought together all of the amazing architecture events taking place at museums, cultural institutes and independent venues across the city.

New York joined the Architecture Diary network in 2015 and Boston in 2017. We have plans for cities across Ireland to join in 2021, along with Sydney.

We re-launched the Architecture Diary in 2021 to allow for more cities to join the network and for digital events to be more easily promoted to those who couldn’t visit the event in person.

The Architecture Diary is an open platform, allowing everyone who organises architecture and design events to upload and manage their event listings. If you run your own architecture events, then creating an account is a quick, easy and free way to make sure they get promoted. What’s more we’re now able to help individuals or organisations launch an Architecture Diary in their own city.

Our Founding Editors were Nick Freeman, Nick McKeogh, Matt Quinn, Elias Redstone and Debbie Whitfield.
